KATHARSIS

A process-based performance exploring time and its impact on identity, created in collaboration with a group of elderly participants. Through movement, dance, and other art forms, the work investigates how one might let go and reflect through the body. Inspired by the idea that our bodies hold our life stories, it invites awareness of how experiences, memories, and trauma are physically carried. The process includes painting, photography, writing, and dialogue, forming a shared, living archive of personal and collective memory. The result is a celebration of the body, of time’s passage, and of being fully oneself.
